Engineering Computing Computer Lab Booking Request Form
Complete this form to book the
LabFulcrum, GAFF,
LabHelix,
LabLever, Wedge or Wheel computer lab(s). Note, that these Labs have no
podium, overhead projector, white board, elmo, VCR, Slide projector,
laptop connection, audio or any software/hardware to take over users
machines for demonstration purposes. If you have any need for these
you should look into
booking the Multimedia or WEEF lab.

NOTE:
SoftwareSetup may change from term to term and sometimes older
applications may be removed. Please make sure that all required
software will be available for the next term. Any additional software
required must be purchased by the requisitioner. Even then there is
no guarantee that the application will install or work properly on
the network until a copy has been installed and tested. Installation
requests must be submitted no later than eight weeks
before it is required. All software must be fully licensed before any
attempt at installing it will commence. This form must be completed
and submitted to Paula Lynch, PHY 3001.
