Dimensional Engineer - Vehicle R&D
  • Model S production support, with a focus on dimensional analysis in body manufacturing
  • Support design engineering with build objectives, capability, tolerance, and statistical analysis
  • Understanding of various manufacturing techniques; Aluminum casting, stamping, and welding. Exposure to CNC machining, injection molding, and aluminum extrusions.
  • Lead the effort to implement the in-line measurement system (Perceptron), as well as the online system to control CMM data (GDM Web). Supporting the push for data driven problem solving.

Waterloo Formula SAE Team – Fall 2010 to Present
- A dependable member of the engine team for the 2012 car. Working with the team in testing, analysis, manufacturing and design.
- Strong understanding of all vehicle systems, helped with two engine rebuilds
- Designed a dual stage injection as my first 4th year design project
- Tested, analyzed, designed, and built a muffler system for the 2012 car as a second 4th year project

Ontario Engineering Competition
VP Finance 2010 + Advisory Board Member
Executive committee member in 2010, organizing the competition held at the University of Waterloo. Responsible for a budget over $150,000. Organized finances, registration, as well as all the accommodations at the Delta Hotel. Also held a seat on the competition's advisory board.

Class + Engineering Society Representative
Fall 2007- Spring 2012
Currently the class representative for the Mechanical Engineering class of 2012. Represents the class on a variety of committees and taking action in the best interest of the class' education.

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Training- March 1st/2nd, 2010
