In between the crazy Portland trip and the crazy belated Canadian Thanksgiving dinner later on tonight, we also made pumpkin cheesecake. Mmmm mmm good for our very first time doing this.

I know people at where I worked last term get Columbus day off. (And apparently people get the Thursday and Friday prior to American Thanksgiving off too-- but I guess it's up to the employer) | |
