| 2B Academic Term: Week 1
...is now over. And, whoa, intense... Labs, labs labs, projects, projects, projects defintely seem to be the theme this term. I have 3 courses with labs, and another course with projects. Just thinking about it is scary. Every week I'll have at least two days of labs. Labs are in the morning from 8:30 AM to 11:30AM. All my lectures are from 1:30PM to 4:30PM everyday and tutorials are from 4:30PM to 5:30PM everyday. Speaking of lectures, this past thursday, we already had a 5 hour marathon of lecture of just ECE 222 - Digital Computers. Holy crap. At least I knew the material. Thank you, Mr. Will and Grade 11/Grade 12 Computer Engineering class at Macdonald C.I. Op codes? Assembly? Addressing modes? Program counters? No problem so far...so far. And now I'm back in Toronto. It seems like everyone but a few people went back to his/her respective home towns this weekend. The UW campus is deserted in the Spring Term. Now add Friday into the mix and you've got a ghost town. Not a soul in sight sometimes. Kinda freaky, but at the same time, kinda nice and peaceful. No distractions. Just... labs... =P Well, I did finally receive my 2GB CF card for my camera and PCMCIA CF Card reader for my notebook. Yay. More storage space for Miss Alice to play with. Does that make up for Xiao using you're Anonymous name, Miss? =D | |
