oh yea, "Alice" the movie is being made i think? based on the video game? rotfl, i really want to see it :D (mainly because Sarah Michelle Giller in is it ;) )

Ahhh, Alice in wonderland, has anyone of you read the book or watched the movie? (I know Xiao has done both, kwahahaha). I think they both contain my absolute favourite and humorous lines:

Alice: Would you tell me please which way I ought to go from here?

Cheshire Cat: That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.

Alice: I don't much care where...

Cat Cheshire:Then it doesn't matter which way you go.

Alice: ...so long as I get somewhere.

Cat Cheshire: Oh, you're sure to do that if you only walk long enough.

*shrug* no idea... but i'm pretty sure *i* didn't get charged when I was using the whole email address sms thingy back in the day. They might have changed their prices, but mehh :) i doubt it's 5$ a month to receieve an email to your cell phone.

Direct delivery as opposed to... Down-the-winding-path-through-the-rabbit-hole (oh Easter is upon us!) delivery?

*pulls bunny's tail*

wahhh.... google calendar... *hearts* :)

but eh.. i don't think rogers charges anything for email to txt. Like if you email me @ cellphone#@pcs.rogers.com -- i don't get charged.
The 5$ thing is if you want to subscribe to the "direct delievery option" :)

Google Calendar

Microsoft Outlook, but online! (Hmm, I really am going on a Microsoft Office theme here) And it can send out reminders for events by e-mail and SMS (for US Carriers only...at the moment?). But then if Google Calendar can e-mail me a reminder, I would just set a filter to forward the event reminder e-mail to my cell phone.

Rogers charges $5 a month for E-mail-to-TXT delivery. For Bell Mobility people, it's free. Does Telus or Fido charge for E-mail to TXT?

You can also share calendars with Google Calendar. Mmmm...more MS Outlook features. In addition, there are RSS feeds for your (shared/publi) calendar events as well. AND there's also a private RSS feed for your private (non-shared) calendars. Interesting...hmmm...

Raymond
i am not wasting my breathe that crap

Hmm isn't there software that converts scanned documents to text on the computer? =D

Alex T.
I think you should read it all into your computer... speech recognition! then you'll know the material AND you'll have a copy of it to summarize! THEN, you can have the computer read it back to you...Text-to-speech! then you can play it back over and over and over while you sleep!

Raymond
ya if u feel like scanning all the stuff i have to read onto the comp first

Scott
lol @ Raymond

Alex T.
Heck, you can AutoSummarize a Word document now!
