I couldn't see it rise over the horizon, only after when it was above the trees and buildings:

| Also, since it is a moon RISE, I would assume it'd be best to be in an area that's not filled with tall building, since the moon on the horizon will probably be obstructed.

Moon rise & Moon set data for Waterloo I've also looked up US Naval Observatory, it is indeed 9:37pm! Those in Toronto will be able to see it a bit early: 9:33pm! | |
