| mmmm... rubber. =D
What do you need to do with LaTeX? create? view? modify?
| Scott | |
| I dont read those...
On another note... I am not nerdy enough to figure out how latex documents work... does anyone want to enlighten me?

| "2.10" is the package version.
"1.9.2.118" is the Vista driver version. All hail "release notes". =)
| Scott | |
| hmm... Vista says "1.9.2.118" is the latest available... even when I point to the "2.10" driver... =/ | |
| Scott | |
| FYI, new thinkpad finger print drivers are out...
http://www.upek.com/support/downloads/drivers/windows.asp probably works with Vista SP1

| In case anyone hasn't gotten the email, if anyone has had a Future Shop Future Photo or BestBuy ImageLab photo finishing account, they are both switching to kodakgallery.ca, which is giving everyone 100 free prints during the transition (switch your account over by May 31st!). As of right now, Kodakgallery.ca has 4x6 prints for 15 cents.
Photolab.ca has "free upgrades to 5x7" prints starting today. (The price of their 4x6 prints is 17 cents, but the 5x7 prints are pried at 19 cents?? WTH? Where's the "free" part of the deal??) But 8x10 prints are still 49 cents. Hurray! On that note, I sent my 5x7 and 8x10 orders in last night and this morning and they were printed in half an hour. I got the pick-up email 30 minutes after I received the initial order confirmation email. That's sweet turn around time, unlike Wal-Mart, who has traditionally been overloaded. Wal-Mart has their 4x6 price set at 17 cents, 5x7 at 99 cents and 8x10 at $1.99. These are pretty much the best regular prices, but with slower turn around time due to the volume. Shoppers Drug Mart has typically been quick print-while-you-shop service, which is quite convenient sometimes, but their prices are much higher. They were comparable back in the day when everyone had higher prices. Those are pretty much all the digital photofinishing places I've dealt with so far. Has anyone had experiences with other places?

| It is an awesome deal!
Actually, it's an even awesome-er deal if you want 5x7 prints: just put two 5x7 images side-by-side on one 8x10 canvas and print a 8x10 instead. Then cut them out later. You'll get two 5x7 photos for 25 cents each! To maximize your value to the extreme, you'll even have a strip of 1x10 left over from the two 5x7's to print stamp-sized photos! Then you can decorate your cute little binders, notebooks and devices with adorable little photos! ![]()

| @Alex, that's an awesome deal! | |
