The Dean’s Advisory Council, or DAC, is a bridge between Waterloo Engineering and the broader engineering and business community.
Council members – leaders from industry, academia and the public sector – provide an external perspective as we work to achieve our Vision 2010 goal: to become widely recognized as Canada’s premier school of engineering and counted among the leading engineering schools in North America.

Members are formally invited by the dean, and serve a one-year, renewable term. DAC meets twice a year. The next meeting is April 12, 2012.
