Welcome to my home page at University of Waterloo.

I had my undergraduate degree from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering, Istanbul, TURKEY in 2001.

I had my M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Waterloo, Department of Management Sciences, Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA in 2006 and 2011, respectively. My M.Sc. thesis is on "Models of Efficient Consumer Pricing Schemes in Electricity Markets" (pdf) and my Ph.D. dissertation is on "Decomposition of Variational Inequalities with Applications to Nash-Cournot Models in Time-of-Use Electricity Markets" (pdf).

Currently, I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Kadir Has Univerisity (KHAS), Istanbul, TURKEY. Here is my up-to-date webpage at KHAS.
