EIT router and BlackDiamond replacement
The EIT BlackDiamond router has been replaced with an HP 5406zl and is operational. The BlackDiamond copper connections were replaced with five HP 2650s. All are being rewired one-to-one between switch and patch panel.
CBET Connection
The CBET connection is now up and running. Engineering is waiting for an HP 3500 to move the VOIP phones over from the temporary Atria connection after which the project will be complete.
Internal private subnets
Engineering has started using it's internal designated private 172.18.xxx.xxx subnets for switches within Engineering.
