Nexus is the large academic computing network which spans all six faculties at the University of Waterloo.  Nexus is used in public student areas, research and academic office areas.

 

The workstations are primarily Windows XP, but we do have numerous Macintoshes and a growing collection of Linux workstations.  Nexus is also the authentication system used by many Unix servers, , etc.
