Clean Snowmobile Team

The UW Clean Snowmobile Team is a non-profit organization that relies on generous contributions from interested parties. It is estimated that over $18,000 needs to be raised this year to cover the purchase of components, the machining of parts, testing equipment, and to cover travel expenses for the competition in Houghton, Michigan.

Media Coverage has been prevalent at competitions and includes various snowmobile magazines. The competition receives worldwide recognition as the SAE publishes the results in newsletters and magazines internationally. All sponsors will have their corporate name and/or logo displayed on the snowmobile. Sponsors will be featured in future promotional events and media releases. Corporate contributions of materials, services, or cash are gratefully appreciated. The team categorizes sponsors according to the following scale:

  • Title Sponsors $3000+
  • Partner $1000-$3000
  • Friends $1-$1000

Title sponsors will receive multiple large advertisement locations on the snowmobile, partners receive multiple smaller advertisement locations, and friends will receive a small advertisement area on each snowmobile. Any displays created for various functions the team attends will include the same proportional of area for sponsor information. As one of many successful University of Waterloo student teams, we hope the support of your company will allow us to continue the tradition of producing a competitive snowmobile.
