This section provides links to information and findings that are not specific to a particular course. This information is arranged into my three major interests:

  1. Teaching and Learning: Most of my current activity is devoted towards promoting attitudes and techniques for teaching that encourages effective learning of mechanical and mechatronics engineering subjects. Follow the link at the left to learn more about engaging students in the classroom.
  2. Fluid Flow Engineering: Some of the greatest challenges of mechanical engineering design involve guiding fluid to flow in an ordered and efficient manner in spite of the natural tendency for fluid flows to be chaotic and disordered.   3. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD): The development of CFD simulation tools has revolutionized engineering's ability to understand and improve complex fluid flows. Follow the link at the left to learn more about the essential components of this technology.
