SHORT BIO
I am an engineer, educator, and entrepreneur in electric power and energy systems. I received my PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, in 2018. I was a member of two IEEE-PES taskforces on benchmarking test systems for stability analysis and received two IEEE recognition awards for my contributions. My research interests include sustainable energy systems, energy storage devices, power electronics applications, and their data-driven controls in modern energy systems and smart grids.
