I worked at Blackberry as a User Engagement Software Test Engineer. I conducted usability testing on the BB10 and Android platform to identify interaction design issues. I also worked closely with other software testers, UX designers and product managers to integrate UX before the product launch phase.

My job was to test the interaction of different mobile applications and discover any usability issues that may exist in the current software version. Additionally, I suggested interaction design improvements that should enhance the end-user experience. During my time at Blackberry I helped resolve numbers of usability issues, and few of my suggestions are currently integrated in the latest version of BB10 software, and the newly launched android-based Blackberry Priv device.
