Reminder - Volunteer Hours
Each Committee leader to track hours
for each volunteer/member within their own committee and submit hours
to Haley on an
event/weekly basis. Haley will keep master
tracking list.

Fundraising:
Lesley to decide on date regarding fundraiser for late June.
Need to verify with James (absent) that funding request to cover
transportation costs has been submitted.
Car Wash to be run in construction parking lot off Phillip Street,
beside ECH, run by Lesley.
Email her if you wish to help out. Will need lots of volunteers
day of to help with washing.
This week's skills competition is "Slip-n-Slide for Donations".
Next week is "Hold Cinderblocks for Longest Time...For 50 cents".
Will have "Nail-Off for 50 cents" in 2 weeks (June 30).

Technical Competition:
Helpers are needed to organize the technical competition portion.
This involves the Display, Presentation, etc. For more
information, or to volunteer to help with this, email Mike K.

Advertising/Team Spirit:
T-shirts
Still waiting for EngFOC to let us know price of
T-shirts.
Will be getting white shirts, with green leiderhosen screened on front
and back (sponsor logos on back as well) and logo on front. A
basic sample is here. Will be
getting quote for screening costs.

Boggan burgers to be sold at Student Life 101.
Need to submit Health form to region and verify with SL101 organizers
that we are allowed to sell.
