1.	Sponsorship: It will currently cost each team member upwards of $300 to attend the competition unless we get more sponsorship.  SO CALL YOUR SPONSORS BEFORE THE END OF THE EXAM PERIOD.  Once you have confirmed the sponsorship amount, please inform James and Jess immediately.	All
2.	Fundraising: Would like to host a sporting event fundraiser in the fall and/or winter.  Will have teams pay an entrance fee.  Ideas are Bowling, Snow Football.  If you wish to run this or help out, please email Haley Will organize fundraiser party for fall and winter terms.	All Jess
3.	Boggan Building: Helpers are needed to build the entire toboggan during the Fall term.  If you will be in Waterloo for a weekend, or in the area for the term email Mike K.	All
4.	Advertising/Team Spirit: T-shirts Have ordered T-shirts.  Have gotten final pricing for screening.  Just waiting for shirts to come in.  Will be getting white shirts, with green lederhosen screened on front and back (sponsor logos on back as well) and logo on front.  A basic sample is here.  Cover-alls If you were not at the meeting, please go to Mark's Work Wearhouse to determine your coverall size, and tell Lesley or Shawna. Hats Will be having Oktoberfest hats, the ones with the feather. Lederhosen Determined an initial quote of $25/day/rental + tax.  Cow Bell Jess will be getting a Cow Bell. Music Mike K will be acquiring an Oktoberfest soundtrack for us to carry around and announce our entrance to all venues. Photo-Board-Thingy Matt N to paint a photo background for people to stick their faces in.  It will be of our logo with the heads cut out.  Will bring to all events.	Info
