ParaMESH is supported by any Microsoft Windows, x86-based system that has the Microsoft .NET 3.0 framework installed. ParaMESH has been tested with Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista, and Microsoft Windows 7.

Program files may be downloaded as an Installation Wizard or as a Standalone Installation. Using the Installation Wizard is recommended; however, the Standalone Installation has been offered for users without administrative privileges or who work from many different computers (i.e.: students or those working via USB-flash stick).

The Installation Wizard will register ParaMESH as an application with Microsoft Windows and will add a shortcut to the user’s Start Menu.

Supported Environments: MESH 1.3

Installation Wizard
Download and extract the files in "ParaMESH_Setup.zip". Run setup.exe to install ParaMESH.
Notes: This installation will install the Microsoft .NET 3.0 framework to your system.
Standalone Installation
Download and extract the files in "ParaMESH_Standalone.zip". Run ParaMESH_Start.exe to start ParaMESH.
Notes: The Microsoft .NET 3.0 framework must be installed on your system.

ParaMESH 1.2.2

Please upgrade older versions of ParaMESH.
ParaMESH 1.2.2 only supports MESH 1.3. Parameter files for older versions of MESH will be updated. ParaMESH 1.2.2 is fully compatible with 'sessions' saved by earlier versions of ParaMESH. Support for earlier versions of MESH will be restored in ParaMESH 1.3.
See the notes associated with ParaMESH 1.2.1 if MESH 1.2 is being used. Please consider upgrading your model to MESH 1.3.
