Project Schedule
The most important aspect of this schedule is that significant amount of overlapping development activities. During the course of the next month’s many different aspects of the project will be coming together simultaneously. This allows for optimized efficiency and allows for all members of the team to be actively working for the largest amount of time without being road blocked on other members work. The largest concern with this model is that due to the high levels of interdependency and parallel processing it is highly important that all milestones be achieves in the designated time frames. In order to achieve this is will be important that the members of the team keep up to date on their current objectives as well as keeping the rest of the team apprised of their current status. If a specific element falls behind it is important that the other members of the team step in to assist and ensure that the timeline is maintained. A single delay could have a cascading effect which could put the whole project behind schedule. Therefore the team will have weekly status update meetings to ensure everything is processing according to plan.
