The state of Oklahoma resides in an area known as Tornado Alley. Every year, Oklahoma residents experience first-hand the hardships this name implies. The Oklahoma Disaster Housing Task Force has developed a four-stage plan to assist those who have lost their homes to tornadoes but have recognized that the temporary housing stage requires a greater alternative than the hotels and community centers used today. WJRLS is committed to designing a temporary housing solution built on the pillars of sustainability, cost-effectiveness and occupant comfort.

In 2019, earthquakes in Indonesia resulted in the displacement of over 10,000 refugees in Indonesia. Due to a funding crisis by the UNHCR, these vulnerable refugees do not have access to any shelter other than tents. We believe that all Indonesians should have access to shelter that provides a sense of safety and security regardless of their status. Corona Consultants plans to build economical semi-permanent housing for those displaced people trapped in the self-fulfilling cycle of poverty and a lack of government funding.
