The Exhibition

4.1

Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited at the exhibition site, except for the alcohol sold at the site. Please keep all alcoholic beverages inside the designated area.

4.2

Each team must be finished installing and setting up their booths by 9:30 am on Friday morning. This will allow for approximately one hour of set-up time.

4.3

Each team member must be able to correctly inform the judges on each part of the toboggan, whether it is the braking system, the general design concept, the team chant, or any other aspect of the team activities.

4.4

No stickers can be placed on any surface of the Exhibition Site or of the Hotel.

4.5

Crates are prohibited inside the Exhibition Site. All uncrating activities must be done outside (If power tools are required, teams should have their own extension cords available).

4.6

No power tools may be used inside of the Student Life Center.

4.7

All waxing and other potentially messy activities must be restricted to the plastic sheets provided by the organizing committee.

4.8

Each team will be responsible for clean-up of their own Exhibition Site area.
