Race Day Protests

6.1

If a team feels disadvantaged due to factors occurring during the competition, the team captain has the right to protest.

6.2

The protest must be submitted by the team captain and must be accepted by the Organizing Committee.

6.3

The protest must be submitted in writing and signed by the team captain.

6.4

A protest fee of $25.00 must be paid at the time the protest is submitted.

6.5

The written protest must be submitted by 6:00 pm the day of the race.

6.6

The Organizing Committee decisions are final.

6.6

The protest fee will be returned if the protest is decided in favor of the protesting party.
