A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR

Dear 4B electrical and computer engineering students,

The Capstone Design Symposium is a true reflection of your hard work, acquired skills, and team effort. It gives me enormous pride when I stroll through the projects every year seeing the fruits of your labour. Your enthusiasm to explain your accomplishments is contagious.

I am sure, you will agree with me that it is your dedicated effort over nearly five years - undergraduate courses, co-op internships, problem solving skills, extra-curricular activities - that has enabled you to accomplish what was unthinkable at the start of your ECE degree. I am convinced that with your knowledge and dedication, you will accomplish much more in years to come.

You and your teammates have been working and refining your design projects for nearly a year. I also want to acknowledge the contributions of our dedicated faculty and staff to facilitate your endeavours. On behalf of the entire department, we are proud of you, and we wish you all the best in your professional life.
